Making Sense from Nonsense

Recently we did a group activity in our written communication class. There were 8 of us in each group. Every group had to come up with 20 totally disconnected words. These were then passed on to the other group whose job was to come up with a story containing these 20 “totally disconnected words” !!! Though the idea was a little bizzare but in the end if was real fun when those stories were read. One of them even sounded a bit logical. Read on to see those words and the story we conjured up.

  1. Words:
Barack Obama, Enigma, John McCain, Bermuda Triangle, Pizza Hut, Pebbles, Porcupine, Hatrick, Milky Way, Shehnai, Sodium Chloride, Dr. Scheme, Napthalene Balls, Sholay, Rajnikanth, Psycho, Dungeon, Grotesque, Donkey, Hypercube

    Story:
Rajnikanth was very fond of donkeys. Hence

My first real post

Well, I will get straight to the point. I got this site as a gift from my brother Gunjan in December 2006, and that really was a long time ago. I had a different view of the IT world back then. I was more of a programmer and I saw this as an opportunity to learn something from this wordpress.org powered blog. In my opinion, just writing down something and posting it to the web, aka blogging was somewhat boring, if not waste of time.

Federer and French open… Will the mystery be ever solved???

“Federer serves it deep and wide and attacks to the net….” on any surface or against any player it would hve been a similar story, .. following it with a perfect volley and point to the master……………………. but the story changes when the man across the net is the one “Rafael Nadal” and the surface is clay….

Federers’ greatness among the champions who hve graced this game is rest assured..some consider him to be the finest to hve ever graced this sport … and for obvious reasons… but the man knows tht to silent all his remaining critics( very few to be precise!!!) on his position as the greatest of his sport, he has to be the last man standing at the clay of Paris.

How to make your 36 hour summer train journey less boring

Hi there
If you’re travelling with friends there are plenty of things which can be done, though only one will dominate the whole journey, that is playing cards. My favourite game is 29. ‘Under 25′ is also at par with 29. Haven’t heard about it before. Feel free to ask and i’ll be happy to help.

Travelling alone makes it all the more frustating and challenging to not go crazy before the journey ends. You can buy some magazines like Filmfare, Maxim and read every line to keep you busy.

If you are into technology like me then buy the magazine ‘Chip’ definetly. Unlike other mags you can read through every article in it without getting bored.

Writing from N82

Hi all
I’m writing this post from my new mobile N82. Isn’t it great I can post from here. Though i’ve to type in using its T9 dictionary. Nokia should have provided with a free bluetooth keyboard along with this set.

I’ll definetly be more regular with my posts here now.

Bye for now
